Watch And Download Online Videos On Your Mobile

You must have enjoyed videos from MetaCafe and YouTube. What if you want to watch these clips on your mobile? While there are a number of mobile video search options, including Veveo’s vTap and AOL’s Truveo, they all share a common weakness: In order to make videos play on specific phones, they have to pre-encode them in the right formats. Because of the myriad range of carriers, varying connection speeds, and media players, this makes widespread compatibility an obstacle. (YouTube, for example, had to re-encode its vast collection in h.264 to get it to work with the iPhone.)

Vuclip’s technology, on the other hand, has no need to pre-encode. When you select a video, it analyzes the characteristics of your phone — everything from your carrier and the ideal transmission speed for your connection to the size of the screen — and adjusts the video for optimal playback. This ability gives it access to a potentially wider range of videos, and significantly reduces its data storage costs.

It also enables Vuclip to make it fast and cheap for video content sites to offer their content on the mobile web, and the company is releasing an application programming interface (API) to do just that.

The best thing of all, this service is completely free and you do not have to install any thing on your mobile.

Sending Email With A Fairly Large Attachment

I was to send an important file to my boss, an excel file of fairly large size. However, my hotmail account did not allowed me to send this as it was larger than 10MB. Then I came to know that inspite of ease that emailing gives us at times it becomes really a problem when you have to send a file and your email account is not allowing you to make an attachment of that file due to its large size. For serious users sending large attachments is still really a big problem. Although many email services are providing its customers with fairly large attachments size yet if you are not satisfied and want to send even larger files then here you go with 2Large2Email.com.

This site enables you to send attachments of any size. If you are a graphic designers then sending high definition imgaes must have given you pains. but with this it will get a lot easier, in my opinion.

This service is free with certain limitations. However, if you find it useful then you can upgrade your account to some paid options. These will allow you to email a set number of files, adapting to your needs.

I suggest you all to give it a try...

Avoid Spams - Mask Your Email ID

Although forums and sites having discussion panels are useful but they have one drawback i.e. if you publish or give away your email address; you will become a victim of spammers who flank on your email address and your inbox is filled with junk emails. Although you can get rid of these by using Junk filters that most of the emails providers provide inbuilt. However, still you cannot say that you are 100% safe.

Nowadays people suggest to use images or write your email in the following format name [at] domain [dot] com in forums or websites to prevent spam.

However there is anohter way to get your email masked and this solution is provided by tinymail.me.

This site will create a masked identity for your email address that you will be able to publish/give away at internet when any site or forum demands so. In actual you will be given three ways, HTML code, BB code and a link. You can use it as and when required. In actual people will see only a part of your email address and then the after @ part. For example entering talha.moin@hotmail.com will give you t...@hotmail.com as a masked identity.

I think one should give a try to it. Although the process is a bit hasslesome yet it gives you a relief from the spammers.
