There is also OpenOffice.org and Google Docs that you can use for this. Just some more options.

I've used Google Docs and love free programs but after using the Kineticast demo, I decided to become a subscriber. For me the two main reasons why I like Kineticast is that it has great tracking features and it is extremely easy to use.
